Tway House
The Tway House accommodates 75-90 people and can be rented for $750.00. Rental includes access to the kitchen, 10 tables, and 100 chairs. Items must be removed by 12:00 am. Keys must be returned within 48 hours of the events. The Tway House is available for rental Labor Day (September) through Memorial Day (May).

The first floor is also available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm for business meetings. Rental is $125.00 per hour. This fee includes clean up.

A $400.00 damage deposit is required and is refundable after two weeks, provided no damage or garbage is left behind.  Deposit is 100% refundable if reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to the event.  After that time, the rental deposit is non-refundable.  Cancellation must be in writing.

Damage deposit due when contract is signed.  Rental fee due 30 days prior to event.
