Councilwoman Pam Ware has served on the Jeffersontown City Council since November 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Louisville in 1989 and spent many years in sales and marketing. She also served on Jeffersontown’s Ethics Commission, where she gained a valuable understanding of integrity and open honest communication.
Pam is a lifelong resident of Jeffersontown and the great granddaughter of E.G. Hewitt, who once owned a hardware store on the town square. She is married to Henry Ware, a home builder, and they are the proud parents of a son and daughter.
As a City Councilperson, Pam works hard to shape the future for the community by creating jobs, improving public safety, expanding the city’s parks, and revitalizing historic downtown Jeffersontown. She takes her position seriously, and is proud to represent the citizens of Jeffersontown.
