to capitalize on the community assets and unique attributes to positively impact all aspects of the local economy with primary focus on the Bluegrass Commerce Park and the surrounding office environment (primarily the Linn Station Road and Timberwood Circle corridors). The City seeks to develop a working relationship with a marketing/media partner to facilitate the marketing process designed to provide a comprehensive strategy.
The branding and marketing strategy will continue the overall marketing umbrella for a seamless community image while supporting the unique needs of the Bluegrass Commerce Park, the Jeffersontown office corridors and Jeffersontown as a whole. Priority one is to build on the strong brand identity that represents the community with a prime focus on the retention of existing Jeffersontown companies and the attraction of businesses with mid-sized office sector employment (15 – 50) from within the Louisville Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The City requires a professional, experienced organization to analyze and interpret market research, identify unique differentiating assets, facilitate partner and community needs, and create and assist in the implementation of a marketing and media campaign designed to generate increased office sector employment in Jeffersontown.
