Jeffersontown Police Chief Rick Sanders was named 2012 Kentucky Police Chief of the Year.
Chief Sanders was awarded this honor on Wednesday, August 8, at the 40th Annual Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police Training Conference in Bowling Green.
